In my twenties, I worked in the entertainment industry for a production company in Central London, helping script writers develop their stories — shaping characters, finding the deeper truth behind their motivations, and trying to uncover the moment where a person’s story comes alive and everything shifts.
Looking back, it’s weirdly ironic.
I spent those early years helping people write fictional transformations… and now I help real people create their own.
Today, my work is centered on something far more personal and powerful: without defining myself by a title, I rather think of myself as a pattern breaker or a meaningful conversation catalyst.
What I do is create the kind of conversations that most people never get to have — the ones that cut through the noise, shine light on blind spots, and open entirely new ways of seeing and thinking.
When your thinking changes, your actions change: “nothing changes if nothing changes”.

I’m married, a mother of two grown kids, and we share our home with two dogs who believe they run the household.
My life is full, imperfect, meaningful, and very real.
And that matters — because I don’t work from theory. I work from experience, compassion, and an understanding of what it takes to navigate life with courage and intention.
I know what it feels like to stand in front of a chapter that hasn’t been written yet: scared, fearful and uncertain.
For five years, I volunteered at Shaw Trust, a UK based charity, working as a life coach with vulnerable individuals from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
Those years shaped another side of me. They taught me what resilience really looks like, what courage feels like in everyday clothes, and how deeply people long to be seen — not for their circumstances, but for their potential.
Whether someone is navigating a transition, rebuilding confidence, seeking more purpose, dealing with imposter syndrome or simply wanting to feel more alive in their own life, I become their thinking partner.
My gift is noticing the story beneath the story. And when that becomes visible, change becomes inevitable.
